Notes:

Member rates are valid for IEEE Members. IEEE members have to send their membership numbers to  icrera@gmail.com   after completing registration.

First paper is free with one registration; second paper is 200 EURO third paper or more is 100 EURO per paper.

Attendance certificate cannot be given for the no-show papers.

In order to present full paper, one of author(s) must register before deadline of early registration.

In order to present paper(s), to include in USB proceedings, and to upload to IEEE Xplore, registrant must register till deadline of early registration.

Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper.

No-show papers will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.

Workshops and tutorials are for free for all delegates registered.

Students has to provide a valid certificate.

Cancellation conditions:

Any cancellation request must be sent by email to icrera@gmail.com

 

The following fees will be applied for a registration cancellation or for any additional order cancellation:

 

• 25% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received before August 30, 2021

 

• 50% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received between September 05, 2021 and September 10, 2021 included.

 

• 100% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received after September 10, 2021.

 

In the event of dispute, the only competent court will be the Court of Turkey.
