  • First paper is free with one registration; second paper is 400 EURO third paper or more is 200 EURO per paper.

 
  • Attendance certificate cannot be given for the no-show papers.

 
  • In order to present full paper, one of author(s) must register at full rate before deadline of early registration. Student registration does not include paper presentation.

 
  • In order to present paper(s), to include in USB proceedings, and to upload to IEEE Xplore registrant must register till deadline of early registration.

 
  • Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper

 
  • No-show papers will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.

 
  • Workshops and tutorials are only for the conference delegates. Not for the nonregistered.

 
  • Members and students have to provide a valid certificate at registration desk.

 

  • No registration with papers after September 14, 2018

 

  • 18% VAT is not included into above fees

Cancellation conditions:

Any cancellation request must be sent by email to icrera@gmail.com

 

The following fees will be applied for a registration cancellation or for any additional order cancellation:

• 25% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received before August 30, 2018.

• 50% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received between August 30, 2018 and September 14, 2018 included.

• 100% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received after September 14, 2018.

 

In the event of dispute, the only competent court will be the Court of Turkey.
